Established in 1996, with 2 foundries and 1 fabrication structure factory, Jinqiu specializes in the manufacturing of casting parts and fabrication parts with heat treatment and machining.
Ningbo Jinqiu has 703 employees, with an annual casting capacity of 52,000 ton, covering a total area of 66,000㎡ 95 percent of our products are exported, most of which are directly supplied to clients’ production lines.

Ningbo Jinqiu is the supplier of safety parts designated by clients.
We also passed KOMATSU Heat Treatment Class A, HITACHI Heat Treatment Class B, KOBELCO Heat Treatment audit.
We have workshops suiting for multi-variety and small quantity and mass production. Currently, the products we are manufacturing reach 4000 types with 120 material standards.
We adopt investment casting, shell mould casting and sand mould casting process.
We have strong design and development capability with the help of foreign engineers, which enables us co-design and co-develop with clients. The products that we designed and our unique material standards are widely accepted and adopted by our clients.
We cooperate with our clients on casting and welding technology. Our welders received 3-year training in Japan, and inspection staffs received professional training and were certified by foreign clients, in order to ensure the quality of our products.
We have complete quality assurance system including X-ray test, MPI (dry and wet type, 9 sets in total), UT (5 sets), PT, Spectrometer (4 sets), Tensile test, Low-temperature impact test, CMM (2 sets), film thickness test, surface roughness test, etc.
Casting, heat treatment, machining, welding and assembly are integrated to realize diversification and high added value. Jinqiu group consists of Ningbo Jinqiu Mechanical and Electrical Casting Co., Taizhou Jiuqiu Machinery Co., Ltd (casting), Ltd (casting), Ningbo Jinheng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd (fabrication structure).
